The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating and check-in was quick. This hotel was set in a central area just off Puerto Pollensa, the main hub, restaurants and the beach on the edge of the eating mile. It also was on to the seafront.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very grumpy.

The venue was in a central location close to main restaurants, shops, harbour and bus station, the centre of Puerto Pollensa and very nice restaurants. Again, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Pollentia.
